Content is measured against a reference standard so the mass stated on the vial is the mass in the vial. The figure for any given batch is on that batch's certificate.

Before you order.
How is each lot documented?
Each lot is tested by the supplier's own laboratory. The certificate is filed against the batch number printed on the vial and opens from the product page where one is on file. Where one is not on file yet, it is available on request.
What does research use only mean?
Every product is sold for laboratory research only and is not for human or animal consumption. We give no therapeutic, diagnostic or dosing information, and orders are accepted from adults 21 and over.
Which shipping speeds are offered?
Ground, 2-Day, Overnight and Cold Chain, each priced at checkout once the address is in.
How is an order packed?
In plain outer packaging with nothing on it that names the contents. Every order is tracked.
What if an order arrives damaged?
Email us within seven days of delivery with the order number and photos. Where transit damage is confirmed, we re-ship the affected items or refund that part of the order, at our discretion. The returns policy has the details.
Can I mix compounds for the box discount?
Yes. Any 4 to 12 vials can go in one box, in any mix, and the box discount is applied at checkout.
